Best essential oil ratio: lavender and vanilla?
Question by Della R: Best essential oil ratio: lavender and vanilla? I’m making some all natural massage oils and body scrubs for a friend. I’m using essential oils for the scent. This friend requested a combination of vanilla and lavender. I’m new to this: any suggestions for best combination, i.e. what’s the best ratio of lavender to vanilla?

Question by Meagan: I think I may have damaged the joints in my knees, any natural remedies for swelling/joints? I’m a dancer, and have repeatedly bruised my knees (accidentally of course) several times over the past few weeks, causing my knee(s) (mostly the right) to swell and bruise for several days. Usually I put ice on my legs right away, and soak in the bath with Epsom salt w/ stretches afterwards. I’m usually very flexible but when I bend my knee back, the joints hurt. Are there any natural remedies/OTC/vitamin recommendations for healthy joints/reducing swelling? (I take a multi vitamin and b complex)

Question by Tylers Proud Mom: Baby has a sprain, can i use epsom salt in his bath? So I went to the doc and they said he jus has a sprain but i neglected to ask about epsom salt i feel really bad cause he has just started to crawl and his wrist is now hurting him. Im not entirely sure how the heck he sprained it but he goes to crawl and then just starts to cry cause it hurts and its almsot an all day affair now cause all he wants is to be on the ground and fights me when i try to hold him =( So I was wondering if i could put some epsom salt in his bath or does anyone have any other ideas to help soothe it a bit. He wont let me put anythign cool on it and i will not put icy hot or w/e on it i just want the most natural means. would massgaing it make it worse or help? i cant remmeber and its been so long since i had a sprain. Im sorry i forgot he is a lil over 6 months old.
