Question by Meghan M: Best workout/workout video to tone ASAP? So prom is in two and a half months and I’m really fat. I’ve got myself to loose a crapload of weight before its not motivating myself thats the problem. So my plan is b-half serving cream of wheat s- carrots l- an apple or two d- salad with homemade dressing (non-fat) garbanzo beans, alot of veggies and a bit of parmesean night snack – organic naturaul greek yogurt without sugar workout – two hours on elliptical, one hour weight loss one hour hill climb

but i need a good workout to tone my body, especially my arms and back. whats a good video (nothing expensive like insanity) or routine i can do at the gym or in my room?

i was looking at the jillian micheals no more trouble zones is that worth it?

best tanning lotion w/bronzers for hard to tan light skin?

Question by its me: best tanning lotion w/bronzers for hard to tan light skin? hey guys!! Ive been to the tanning bed aprox 5x’s now, i see maybe a slight change in the color of my skin, however want to get darker, faster with a bronzing lotion. Ive been using “Black” by Millinuim. I have even tryed the Mystic spray tan, Jergens natural glow–they seem to make me orange. Id much rather tan in a tanning bed, bc it also makes my joints and bones feel good. Any suggestions on anything i should be doing?? (i also use lots of lotions & a body scrub, for a better tan )

Question by K: Best shampoo to maintain natural hair color? I have really dark hair(black), just my natural hair color of course, don’t do anything to it. Lately, my hair has been dry and looking a bit lighter for some reason. Will color treatment shampoo be good for maintaining my natural color-or bad idea? Or is a regular shampoo best Any recommendations…ty.

What is the best natural flea repellent for cats?

Question by Karina: What is the best natural flea repellent for cats? I’ve been looking into flea repellents for my cat and after doing research, I decided I’d like to try to go with something natural as to not have chemicals in my cat’s body. I’ve seen a few suggestions, but I’ve also seen that they can be harmful to cats (for example, tea tree oil). Does anyone know of a natural flea repellent that works and isn’t harmful to cats?

Thanks. Jenny, I looked up garlic and it said it is harmful to cats, lowers their red blood cell count, and can cause them to become anemic.
