Question by justb2224: Is taking biotin, flaxseed oil, and vitamin e together for better skin okay? I just spent about 30 bucks at wal-mart because i want nicer looking skin. I dont have bad acne but close up I can see some pores and acne scars on my face. I also have really dry skin throughout my whole body especially my legs. I decided i would try a few supplements so I went to wal-mart and got these supplements:
Nature made Vitamin E 400 I.U. Spring Valley Super potency Biotin 5000 MCG Spring Valley Organic Flaxseed Oil 1000 MG Also taking a generic Multi vitamin that will give a extra 30 I.U of vitamin E (Also contains a lot of vitamins and lycopene but not very high daily percentages)
Does anyone think this combo can cause any problems? This is my first day taking all of these supplements together. Any thoughts or opinions?

Question by surferboy: what can I mix together to make a natural pain relief cream / paste? My dad had a very sensetive spot on his body where He has had surgeries this spot causes him great pain what can I mix up to to palce on the skin to numb the area please help .
